Our Project

Big Points

  • Proposed the addition of weight sensors under each bus seat to accurately measure the number of open seats
  • App home screen gave users the option to view the bus map, view updates from the IU Bus Twitter account, and view routes saved by the user
  • Bus map allowed users to view all active bus routes and select routes
  • After selecting a bus, users could favorite the route, view capacity details of the bus, the status of the bus, or availability trends for the route
