Our Project

Exercise is extremely important in maintaining both the physical and mental health of all people; however, many people still are not doing it. Through research, we determined that the main obstacles that prevent people from exercising are the following:

-Lack of Time

-Lack of Motivation

-Health Problems

-Expenses

We decided to focus our project on creating an application that can remove those obstacles and encourage people to get physical activity in and take care of their health. To do this, we designed a phone application that aims to solve the problems we identified through primary and secondary research. We included four main functions that would provide a comprehensive and inclusive space for people to set goals for themselves and follow through with them while also holding their friends accountable to do the same.
