Our Project
One in three students reported having a mental health disorder in 2020. We want to help destigmatize the communication of mental health struggles and issues on college campuses. We designed an app to give students free resources to help and cope with mental health. It is accessible and free. The resources range from stress/anxiety tips and tricks, breathing techniques, articles, sleeping techniques, and more. We tested our design using our target audience, college students. After evaluations, we went back and improved our app to be the best it can be. We added features like a journal and more accesibility/usability factors.
