AI In Creation

Aum golly¹ and Aum golly² challenge traditional ideas of authorship by questioning whether AI-generated works should be seen as truly original creations. These books, developed with AI assistance, raise ethical concerns about whether AI, trained on human-generated content, is producing new work or merely repackaging existing human labor without credit. Through the lens of deontology, this exhibit explores whether AI-generated content aligns with moral duties of attribution and intellectual fairness.

My Project

Aum golly¹ and Aum golly² examine the ethical concerns surrounding AI-generated authorship. From a deontological perspective, proper attribution and intellectual property rights are moral obligations. If AI-generated content is built on human-created data without credit, does it violate ethical principles of fairness and acknowledgment? These books challenge us to consider whether AI respects intellectual ownership or undermines the ethical foundation of creative work.
