By empowering both guests and employees to report cleanliness issues in real-time, ParkSpotter enhances the overall park experience and supports long-term guest satisfaction and retention. Therefore, we are creating an interactive information system that empowers guests to report issues and effectively communicate with park staff in real-time, featuring an intuitive map for pinpointing these problems easily.
