Our Project
Walt Disney World welcomes over 50 million visitors each year, but its massive size and complexity can make trip navigation overwhelming. Long lines, confusing layouts, and constant planning decisions often take away from the enjoyment.
Planning a Disney trip can quickly become a logistical challenge rather than a magical experience. Without effective tools, guests may waste valuable time moving between attractions, leading to stress and decision fatigue.
Pathfinder was created to simplify this process. It helps theme park guests discover rides suited to their preferences, build daily itineraries, view live wait times on an interactive map, and coordinate plans with their group, turning an overwhelming park visit into a confident and enjoyable day. By gathering user preferences, Pathfinder generates personalized ride recommendations and optimized park routes, helping users spend less time planning and more time enjoying their visit.

It walks viewers through the complete user journey, beginning with a specialized preference quiz that generates customized ride recommendations for parks like EPCOT and Magic Kingdom. Viewers are then shown how to seamlessly translate those top matches into a flexible daily itinerary and coordinate with friends using the integrated group management tools. Additionally, the demonstration highlights the platform's interactive map, revealing how users can monitor live wait times, filter for accessible attractions, and receive real-time walking directions. Ultimately, the walkthrough illustrates how the application streamlines park navigation to create a more organized and stress-free park experience.
