HirePath

We created a web application that help users not only explore how their potential may line up with other’s career paths, but also how to effectively and accurately showcase their skills and qualifications. View, upload, and compare application material from throughout industries and people to find out weather your struggles are from you, or the companies you're applying to!

Our Project

The Problem:

College students often struggle to find a job that aligns with their experience, leading to confusion about whether it’s them, or the company! They need a platform that helps to clarify the value of their work and application material in the current job landscape. Addressing this can empower students to explore potential career paths with confidence, recognize their worth, and identify areas for improvement.

Our Goal:

HirePath was made to address a common challenge faced by recent college graduates and current students: how do I stand out when looking for a job? We aim to create tools that help users not only explore how their potential may line up with other’s career paths, but also how to effectively and accurately showcase their skills and qualifications.
