Spring 2023 INFO-I300 \ Riley Team 2 - Insulin Without Insuranc

Insulin Without Insurance

Insulin affordability in the United States, particularly without adequate health insurance coverage, has caused many Diabetics to ration their medication or resort to unorthodox means of attaining it. This research dives into the sources of the problem and examines the struggles of the people it affects. We would like a fuller picture of the problem, as a survey of potential solutions.

Our Project

For our research, we conducted a total of 3 interviews and 3 observations of people within our target group. After conducting our research, we created a prototype for our app that is designed to assist people looking to find resources and information for diabetes. In order to make the best prototype possible, gathered feedback from various classmates and instructors and even conducted user testing.
