Mental Health

Our project, "Money % Health," addresses digital well-being by incentivizing users to reduce their time on social media. Through our app, users can complete tasks and challenges to earn money while building good habits and character. By offering a financial incentive and promoting offline activities, we encourage a healthier balance between online and offline engagement. This approach combats the negative impact of excessive screen time on mental and physical well-being. "Money % Health" strives to create a positive shift in user behavior, leading to less time spent on social media and more time invested in meaningful activities, all within a concise and engaging app experience.

Our Project

"Money % Health - Personalized Habits for Digital Well-Being." In the era of constant phone usage and its impact on our overall well-being, we present an app that not only helps users build better habits but also rewards them with real money for completing tasks.

Our app takes a personalized approach to tackle digital well-being challenges. By analyzing individual usage patterns, it determines the tasks that users frequently engage in. Leveraging this data, the app generates personalized challenges that align with users' interests and goals, promoting healthier habits and reducing phone and social media usage.

What sets our app apart is its unique incentive system. As users complete tasks, they earn real money as a reward. This financial incentive provides a powerful motivator, encouraging users to actively participate in activities that lead to reduced screen time and increased engagement in meaningful offline experiences.

By offering a tangible reward, we aim to create a paradigm shift in users' behavior. The allure of earning money enhances their desire to limit their time on their phones and develop healthy habits. This empowers users to make conscious choices, fostering a more mindful and balanced digital lifestyle.

"Money % Health - Personalized Habits for Digital Well-Being" combines the benefits of personalized task management with the added incentive of monetary rewards. This unique approach not only addresses the negative effects of excessive phone usage but also promotes financial well-being and personal growth.
